What is it? In this lesson, we will be building something that we are grateful for while following a short list of requirements.
Why are we doing it? We will practice basic and complex construction skills. Learn how artists use Unity in their artwork to further their message, and learn from our classmates by sharing with one another the process and ideas behind their work. Also, Gratitude can help build and maintain relationships with others, resulting in hope, life satisfaction, and more proactive behaviors toward others
Day 1-Introduce Project
Description of Day 1…..We will introduce the project with the intention of completing it within one week of assignment. Today is for planning sketches and starting the project.

Description of Day 2 ….students will use this day to construct something they are grateful for.
Requirements
Must be three dimensional
Must be interesting from all angles
Must be 8 inches in any direction
Must follow the prompt”something you are grateful for”
Day 3- Work day with share time at the end.
Description of Day 3…..this is a workday but at the end, we will go around the room and share out what we made and why we made it.
